Terms and Conditions

   Once the photos are taken, our items are packaged and shelved awaiting purchase. Once payment is completed, the label is printed and the item ships within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.      We do our best to list all defects and clean each item to the best of our ability. Some items may still arrive with minor dust or dirt. Please view all the photos as you will receive the item that is pictured unless listed as a stock photo. Being a stock photo, the item will be in as good as, or better shape than the one pictured.      

   Please understand these are used items from used vehicles. We go through many parts of the same makes, models, and years. The years listed are not guaranteed as many years have EXT, LS, etc, these are sub models and may have different trim, styles, or colors. Please pay very close attention to the photos and request any information you would like. We do our best to provide all part numbers, color codes, etc.     

    It is entirely up to the buyer to confirm the part will fit before making a purchase. We offer a 30 return policy, with free shipping  on items up to 20 lbs. Items over 20 lbs will be the buyers responsibility.  If you are ordering a large item, make sure it is correct. The item must be the exact item shipped and cannot be returned for faulty installation. If you break it putting it in, WE WILL NOT refund your money.      

• Parts of Used, LLC  is not responsible for any installation fees, improper installation or mishandling. 

• Free return policy is for items arriving damaged.  

• UNFORESEEN ISSUES: We purchase wholesale lots of cars and and parts. Not every part is perfect. They are all used. We clean, grease and repair items to the best of our abilities. Sometimes a missing clip or unseen blemish may not be noted, so we try to take many photos.  

• Please contact us with any questions before purchase, we usually respond within 24hrs.      

ELECTRICAL ITEMS: All of our items that are electrical items are tested  unless other wise stated. There is a 30 day free return if the item is dead on arrival.  The item CAN NOT be returned  if the buyer does not confirm fitment or the item is damaged during installation. 

CHECK YOUR FITMENT: Returns are not accepted if your item does not fit. We provide multiple photos of  the part, any numbers and try to list the VIN where applicable. If you need a measurement or better angle photos, please ask.
